I have been doing business with them on and off for years.well cleaned and the people are pleasent.

I've had some bad experiences with renting from U-haul in the past, but today was great! Went to rent a trailer and Deanna greeted me and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She even met me out by the trailer helped me hook it up and helped with checking the lights. Definitely amazing customer service! I will be renting from this U-haul from now on!

They gave my storage unit away to someone else. I travelled from Maryland to Newburgh NY only to be told my storage unit was given to someone else. They gave me u boxes
Instead. This was very an unprofessional customer service experience....
