(Trailer Hitch Install) The staff was friendly and well-organized. The shop was clean and orderly. They installed a trailer hitch on my '23 Subaru Forester, known to be a difficult installation, without any issues and within the quoted price and time. First of all Booker is a terrific staff member and the facility is well managed and maintained. Highly recommend!

The front desk agent is always very pleasant, and facility is well-kept. My only issue is that I cannot get cell phone reception inside.
