Worst place ever told me I needed a deposit for a trailer for a few hours they said I would get it back after I turned it in. Well I turned it in and it’s been days so I called and asked they said we don’t see a deposit??? I’m like so did I pay over 60$ for a small trailer for a few hours that was only supposed to be 25$ they lady then put me on hold for 20 mins and hung up the phone went to call back and they unplugged there phones so I called corporate and they couldn’t get ahold of them either they said this is not right and there manager is on vacation. I’m like so how am I supposed to get my money back? I just have to wait those people will try to steal your money!!!!! No trust

They basically canceled my rental 3 times and told me that I had to go the other location and etc

Extremely suspicious. Please beware. I'm a frequent U-haul customer due to working events and it's always quick and seamless for me because I use the app but this location will cancel your mobile app pickup so you can come inside and they can upcharge you. While I'm aware in some instances you do have to make deposits or have a holding fee, for my orders I've NEVER needed it.

I spent money on an Uber to get here not knowing my mobile order pickup had been cancelled. (Never received an email or phone call)

I'm a frequent customer for the newnan/sharpsburg location but it's the weekend and this was last minute so they're all booked. But them telling me 1. I need to pay a deposit and then 2. Telling me all locations require it, did not fit well in my soul.

Be aware of this location. Call and confirm. Get names of the people who tell you what so you can fact check. Or matter of fact, just avoid this location altogether. Better safe than sorry.
