5 stars!!!! Best Uhaul experience I’ve had, moving is stressful but this time it was seamless… the worker bubbz, and another at the counter helped me with my truck and helped me get a unit that worked best for the amount of stuff I had! Highly recommended!

Professional Service, Descent equipment, As promised

Brian and Shane have to be the best employees I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I was in a very difficult situation and penskey had my reservation for a week when it came time for me to pick up the truck they could not find my reservation and I was at the point of panic I have to remove the items from the location at 9:00 a.m. 4
tomorrow morning that was the deadline! I called the U-Haul location in Newport and that's when Shane and Brian completely listened to me vent and solve my problem immediately by allowing me access to a pickup truck last minute 15 minutes before the store was closing I had an issue with the app I was able to call them back they responded with 5 minutes till the store was closing and helps me to navigate the situation I also received a text from the GM after the store was closed for almost an hour letting me know that if I run into any issues upon my arrival that he will help me Beyond his hours of operation I couldn't have asked for anything more these men are amazing and go above and beyond their job titles and responsibilities! Thanks you so much for saving my belongings my night and my sanity!!!

Brian was amazingly helpful today. Made renting a uhaul for my couch that I was donating so much easier and effortless on my part. I highly recommend this company and if you get to speak to Brian, even better! Thank you for all that you did!

Changes the miles rate on my rental with consent and also charged me additional for gas when I returned the truck at the same gas level I received it at. Called and spoke to Emmanuel - told me he had my okay, which he did not. He never mentioned the change in my rates and he told me he could pull up recorded calls, which I welcomed him to do and he told me he wasn’t fixing the issue. Go to the NK or Tiverton locations instead.
