U-Haul Moving & Storage of Niles

After paying for six years at $130 a month I spent almost $9000 and I came to get the rest of my stuff which was just a mattress and a box spring and they did not want to throw it out for me after I given them all this much money the least they could’ve done was just throw it out for me. I could’ve done it in the dumpster was too heavy, they will never get my business again !
When I walk into the office, he’s smoking a baked plant and tell me what’s up that’s not the way you meet a customer when they walk in your door unprofessional drug attic!

I got ripped off would not go here again they took all my money from my card never gave back my 100 bucks got charge 89 buck for a size 15 truck wen it was 29 this place sucks
