U-Haul Moving & Storage of Noblesville

Staff was polite and professional. Store seemed well stocked but we had to wait for the furniture pads we ordered. One more thing, and this is about UHaul, not this location. I was quoted $288 for the rental and agree to that price. I was supposed to pick the truck up at another location but they did not have the one I wanted. I had to pick up at this location and was charged $40-50 more for the truck rental. Since I had to pick up furniture that day and drive another 5 hours, I had no choice but to agree to this increased price. I did not appreciate this at all.

Everything was good except, the young lady that set us up did not put the dolly in the 26ft truck that we requested. I didn't think to look before leaving. Very painful lifting heavy boxes. The gentleman who we returned to refunded our dolly charge &, forgave our overtime. ?

Friendly staff. Pick up was quick and easy!

Both vehicles had issues and maintenance problem.
