My experience is always positive when I have to rent from this location. My latest was the first time to rent a truck. The check engine light came on while I was using it and when I returned it and told a staff member, he was very kind and said he would look into it. I had it for 2 day and made just 2 trips.

So, I would just like to state this was my first and last time using a u-haul as this experience has been terrible. When I first got the uhaul I had to waste 30mins of my 4 hours that I needed for my 107 mile journey from norman to Guthrie and back. The reason I had to waste that much time because the lady who checked me in wouldn't help me figure out the controls or how to adjust the mirrors and when I finally got this guy who said he was new to help (he was the most helpful person there wish NOTHING but greatness and happiness for him) 30mins in and the lady's annoyed finally helping me then I do my journey and came back a few hours later I found out they charged me $24 more for 'damages' I call they say they'll refund it and still haven't 4 days later there were no damages the mileage was 107 miles just like I said and the gas was paid for and returned to its original place so I was confused for the extra charge and now I can't pay my bill it's accumulating everyday I've had to ask my boyfriend for money do I can cover it I will never get a uhaul again worst experience and a total let down considering I heard good things and for those of yall who are like wow $24 big loss I'm 18 and homeless living in my car so yeah $24 is a lot for ME especially when all I did was move it from a toxic household to a storage
