U-Haul Moving & Storage of Norristown

We are on a cross country road trip and things are different everywhere. We are used to every gas station having propane fill stations and that wasn't the case in PA. We were headed back to a campground and on empty and didn't want an exchange tank because ours has a gauge, and you can't just get that at a swap spot. While stuck in Philly traffic that we weren't used to in anyway, I called this location and gave an ETA very near closing time and he said that wasn't an issue. He asked a few questions about the tank so it didn't waste our time driving there. Is it painted, is it expired, is it rusted. Probably the cause for a few bad reviews others have left about them not filling their propane. People fail to remember there are some things in place for the safety of us all not just in place to personally inconvenience you.
We showed up almost at closing and a gentleman introduced himself as Lorenzo (an assistant manager) and said he took my call. He was so welcoming and helped us as though we weren't a bother at all, even near closing time.
I write this review because I decide many stops around ratings. This place was available and that's why we went at first but Lorenzo proved this place better than a few crabby people have.
Five star service all the way.

One of my back up lights was out. I called Angelo and he met me when I arrived. Within 5 minutes we had tested all of my lights and restored the back up light. He was knowledgeable and friendly.
