I had a fantastic experience with the store associate, Connor. He was not only friendly and professional but also incredibly informative. He took the time to explain that the U-Haul paperwork includes a way to determine the exact amount of fuel needed, eliminating the guesswork—a detail I had never been told before! That kind of helpful insight and customer care is worth five stars in my book. Huge shoutout to Connor for going above and beyond!

Ms. Maria was just the nicest and sweetest person to interact with. After being stranded by my trucking company. Out of state license this was my only way of getting my things and getting back to Virginia. Thanks to uhual and Ms. Maria's quickness with answering the phone early in the morning but she also made sure everything was ready for the long trip ahead. Trailer axel broke half way from Pennsylvania to Arizona and I called U-Haul and they replaced it with another one and paid me $100 for moving my stuff to the new trailer. I will definitely be recommending U-Haul to everyone and will be using them for future moves!
