Great customer service!

I rented a trailer to tow a full size 3/4 ton vehicle across the country. The trailer I was issued had all four tires incorrectly installed. Although the tires appeared correct, they were installed with the wrong wheel mounts that made the tires rub against the frame. 3 of the tires had deep cuts on the inside if the tires. Luckily, by the grace of God, I had one tire blow out on the roundabout exit off Western and the 40. An excellent technician named Dan from Blackwood serviced the call and had the awareness to see the wheels that were installed were incorrect and discovered the inside tread deeply cut on the non visible side. Dan then took the time to drive all the way across town and then back again to pick up 4 new correct wheels and install them despite his other calls. If not for the grace of God and Dan's diligence, I could have very well been killed towing a 3/4 ton vehicle on the trailer over a thousand miles at highway speeds. The technician with the hand tattoo who issued it seemed very off and was precient his hand was a tattoo of death. I don't know who was responsible, I had a family member say I should sue. At the very minimum there should be accountability and awareness training held not only at that store, but as a company.

Yes I came in around noon and to rent a truck and the manager Maria was rude and hateful. Then when I got the keys from her my husband just drove the uhaul out of the spot where the truck was at and out of the parking lot and when he got it out of the parking lot we change vehicles the manager called him up cuising and calling him names. Besides calling me back to tell me that she canceled the rental she called my uncle to past the message on then we had to call the area manager and he informed us to keep the rental and I called her back to let her know and she was still rude and hateful towards me. And she hang up on me before I was able to finish talking to her. And then I was driving and the truck kept stalling and I had to continue put it in neutral and back to drive. I will not be disrespected from the manager again because I will not come back there. I think there should be a different manager there and it's sad that I can't talk to.her I have to call the area manager for information or talk. Please whoever goes there be careful. I recommend i-27 and western and the manager Abraham was more helpful and it was not even his store and he was better then her on 6th street. And today on September 17th the manager at this address try to charge me for an extra $30.00 to $40.00 for her mistakes that she did to me and my husband. She is trying to put an extra day on me after I turned in the truck that same day but when I turned the truck in no one was at the store. She got hateful and disrespectful to me again and got mad because I had to go above her and talk to the area manager so ? If peoples suppose to be managers and they been there for so long then they supposed to treat there consumers right that's how they get there paychecks right. Well I don't recommend this place again the Maria manger is rude hateful disrespectful and lies and trys to charge you extra. So please people don't go to this store go anywhere else in Amarillo texas
