The manager or owner called my Employee to advise she is noting account and blocking because. she dropped off unit in Dumas Texas on 8-21-24. we have a corporate account with uhaul and when i reserve it states drop off is optional, but the lady told TM she is charging us over $400. Terrible service from that lady from 6th street location in Amarillo!

Awful! Took my new (3 weeks old) KIA Sorento in for a receiver hitch. It was ordered the day we bought it. They had the wrong wiring harness, so we came home with just the hitch. When we got home, 130 miles later, the exhaust was hanging down, and there was a bungee cord wrapped around it. I'm NEVER going back there! Beware of shoddy workmanship in their shop!!! 5?

Waited in the empty store forever, while all the employees were hanging out outside and cutting up. We made them aware of our presence and they ignored us.

I recently had to stop at U-Haul , and I had an outstanding experience thanks to Kathy and Oscar. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly.

A huge thank you to Oscar for getting our U-Haul back on the road quickly and efficiently. He also fixed the problem with our AC, which made our move so much more comfortable. Kathy's customer service was exceptional; she was friendly, helpful, and made the rental process seamless.
