U-Haul Moving & Storage of North Attleboro

Price was decent. Folks who work there have a major attitude. We were late picking up truck-we went to the wrong location and profusely apologized but, holy smokes, the attitude we received was not deserved. Were met with the same attitude when we return vehicle. Working a holiday weekend sucks, I get that, but greeting customers with a rude attitude was not necessary. Don't expect start treatment here---just get your vehicle and go.

The customer service is top notch!! The young gentleman who checked us out was very friendly, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable!!

Awesome services, vechiles were clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful resources.

Storage is overpriced and gross. It was filthy and smelled like mouse poop - there was even a trap set up in the unit..

Moved our stuff out within the first month to a cheaper and CLEAN facility.

It was a good experience and will be back in the future
