This location's inability to meet these expectations resulted in an unsatisfactory experience, including overcharging. Ineffective customer service, inadequate communication skills, and a lack of understanding of customer service principles were all contributing factors to the company's poor performance, leading to unfavorable situations for customers.

One of the most foul experiences ever. Trying to pick up a reserved truck and hoped to get an extension as we are in the process of moving. It would’ve been fine if it wasn’t for the individual “servicing” us. She provided nothing, but rude customer service. Never EVER doing business here ever again.

Although I put gas after using the truck, they charged gas and service fee for no reason! Luckily, I have the pictures before and after using the truck, so it was easy to proof. But what if I wouldn’t have the pictures? Careless and terrible staff! Need to be educated if possible! They have no good manner. Young boy was so rude. Be careful when picking up or dropping of any vehicle
