The truck I rented I thought might break down at any minute, it was a POS. I forgot to take a before picture of dash to show mileage and gas and was charged for 4 gallons of gas, which I shouldn't have been. I wasn't given paper contract only emailed, so I didn't look at it before pulling out. I wasn't happy with this experience ?

So easy to rent equipment and drop it back off all in the app. The pictures are a 12 ft box trailer very easy to pull.

Staff has been amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of needs. Uhaul makes it easy to adjust as your needs change too!

Called your store. Redirected to generic call center. Immediately lost my attention and my business.

Do not recommend using this location. We showed up to pick up our rental at 7am, they had apparently never set up the lockbox. We literally called the office 27 times the day before the reservation to ensure the lockbox was set up and no one answered the phone although the location was supposedly open. Our reservation shows in the app but this location failed to finalize with assigning keys in lockbox. Horrible customer service and huge waste of ours and our workers time.
