U-Haul Moving & Storage of North Hanover

If you rent from Abington UHaul or Hanover (Franks Rd), Call ahead and ask them to check if they have the dolly you ordered THERE! Neither place had a furniture dolly! I had to get one from a friend. The Hanover agent HAD TO BE ASKED to call another shop for the dolly. The woman from Abington said, “Send them over; we have plenty.” My daughter drove over, No, dolly, and no one cared at either UHaul.

They opened an hour and 20 minutes late on a Saturday with no notification or warning. I was also yelled at by one of their employees a week prior when they didn't have my truck at that location even through I booked a month in advance. I am glad I moved so I will no longer have to even consider using this location. Embarrassing for UHaul!

I stored a variety of belongings in a unit here for about 3 years, including clothes, towels, and pillows. I am thrilled with the service at the Hanover U-Haul! There was ZERO mold or mildew-everything stayed fresh and clean. And there was ZERO indication of any critters about. The staff is awesome. Do not hesitate to store your belongings here!
