U-Haul Moving & Storage of North Helena

I rented a trailer, but had lighting issues with my harness, so i couldnt take it with me. I went and bought a new harness, and replaced it, and returned to the place as i told them i would, arriving at 6:55, 5 minutes before they closed. As i had already paid, all i had to do was hook up. But the guy and girl working had already closed, telling me the computer system was down already, and was extremely standoffish, telling me they already cancelled the transaction. I now have to cancel my planned vacation because they feel they can close early, and that the extra 5 minutes of work was going to ruin their night.

Told me that they would not install a hitch on my jeep. Said it was to much hassle and complicated.. don't have it on your website if you won't install it.

Clay & David are AMAZING. I mean that wholeheartedly & I'm very picky & crucial about these reviews as I want the reader to be given honest feedback about the experience. I've never had a bad one with these guys.
