What a pleasure it is working with Clay Edinger.
Save yourself the trouble. The place is run by someone who takes joy in letting you know your reservation isn’t available. Absolutely refused to help us even UNDERSTAND the problem. When we asked too many questions, Clay threatened to cancel our reservation.
It turns out the issue with our reservation was UHAUL’S fault, they failed to inform us of the change in our reservation. But them assuming they are never wrong, told us we were simply at the wrong location. Even though my last communications with U-Haul stated this was my pickup location.
Complete lack of understanding, customer support, and overall professionalism. Go to any other location if you must use U-Haul.
These people assume the customer is wrong and they are right. Their 1-800 customer support later admitted the issue was their own fault and compensated us for the extra distance.
