This facility will go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of and satisfied. I rent enclosed trailers regularly from this location and I have never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend utilizing what this facility has to offer including the exceptional customer service. Jesse, and Quintis deserve Gold stars for providing help and knowledge of products consistently and kindly. Highly recommend!

It is imperative that tires are properly inflated and that the low tire pressure warning light is not illuminated prior to a customer taking possession of a rental vehicle. Upon inspecting the vehicle before departure, I discovered that the low tire pressure warning light was indeed illuminated. The staff promptly addressed the issue by inflating the tire and assuring me that the vehicle was safe to operate. However, despite the availability of an alternative vehicle, I was informed that I could retain the original vehicle with the understanding that the tire pressure issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, two days later, the low tire pressure warning light reappeared, necessitating my return to the U-Haul facility. Regrettably, the only solution offered was to contact roadside assistance for a tire change. This resulted in an hour and a half wait for the arrival of roadside assistance personnel to replace the tire. As compensation for this inconvenience, I was provided with a mere $20 discount, which I consider to be insufficient given the time, mileage, and fuel wasted as a result of this situation. It is disheartening that such an avoidable issue significantly impacted my experience, particularly considering that the rental was primarily intended for personal use during a period when my own vehicle was undergoing repairs. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service provided.
