Employee Jessie was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Be sure to ask for a different employee if you must use this location.

Jessie also gave me the wrong trailer, good thing I did not accept it, before driving 900 miles.

The one star is for manager-owner Cody. He fixed the problem with the trailer personally, and took a verbal complaint from me about Jessie. I will follow up with a formal complaint to the corporate office.

If I am ever treated this way again, I may call the police and my lawyer. There is no excuse for this type of behavior.
