U-Haul Moving & Storage of North Lansing

I had a really great experience at this U-Haul location - I interacted with three different guys across a couple different days and all of them were incredibly kind and helpful.

No improvement necessary. Gregory was so very polite to a lady caller, teaching her, helping her become aware of the basics of your company. You have two wonderful team members I interacted with. Please be aware of the excellence provided by this locations staff. Kudos for providing customer service above and a step beyond the 'other' locations.

Cody (the GM) was absolutely fantastic! He was running the store phenomenally considering he'd been there 12 hours already and had 2x less help than he was supposed to. Helpful and straightforward.

The store manager is great. I have used this location twice within a year to move apartments. It is super reliable!

My dude, Cody, hooked me up with a dolly when he didn't have any and didn't have to! Saved my back when it came time to move the boxes! Best customer experience around!

Come to think of it. Everyone on his team has a great attitude towards guests with a 'I got your back' vib.
