U-Haul Moving & Storage of North Main St & Northgate

The fact that my reservation was changed to keyless without my permission. I was only notified by an email. I knocked on the office door people where in there didn’t answer. I check my email said keyless reservation. It was 100 degrees outside. I was trying to forget out how to get the key. Finally after I called the 800 number and information. The app wasn’t working. I’m at the key box the office person finally comes out to ask if I need help this was 20min later. The key box was hard to get into. If the office person wasn’t there I wouldn’t know how to get into the key box. What a mess. Never again!
