It was a great experience overall. Debbie at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Great attitude and just happy to have her helping me figure it out on an otherwise stressful day of moving! Also, I appreciate that someone came out to check in with me as I was getting ready to drive the truck off the lot. Again, great attitude and offered me just the help I needed. P.S. The self-check-in/check-out app was somewhat cumbersome, however having helpful people on-site made things move smoothly.

Knowledgeable staff and good service

The manager and young gentleman were behind the desk talking. They didn’t acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. The lady was rude and acted like I was bothering her. The young gentleman was nice and helpful and helped load my car . She didn’t want to help till she saw me moving boxes.
