Kasey at the Poleline location was beyond courteous. I was surprised and impressed by the quality of the facility and the customer service I received.

The general manager in Pocatello is who help us and he was amazing to work with. I will definitely be back when in need of a uhaul again.

The interior was clean, however the outside had mud inside the fender wells and muddy footprints on the rear bumper. The agent that I dealt with was very dishonest telling me the the truck had 5/8 of a tank of fuel. so as I was in the parking lot before leaving I took a picture of the fuel gauge and the odometer all in one view. When I got back and was checking in the vehicle the same agent went out and inspected the truck, came back in and told me he had to charge me $21.00 extra for fuel. I showed him my picture of the gauge at 1/2 tank, not 5/8 and a picture of 1/2 tank on return. He said he would remove the extra charge. I said you can bet your a*s you will. 2 other customers were standing there, one of them laughed a little.

Truck rental not available after having a reservation for a month AND not a soul call to inform me. I am very disappointed.

Despite my ratings of convenient hours and helpful staff, I am only basing that on the rare occasions I had contact with staff and/or was in the office/lobby. There were many times I was attempting to locate a staff associate, and none to be found. I would call the office number while I was in the building and still no answer. It was rare that I was there outside of business hours, mostly because the code I was given didn't give me access into the building. Other than those issues, the storage facility itself was well kept and nice.
