U-Haul Moving & Storage of North Pole Customer Reviews

Review:

Even though this was free month of storage with uhaul, it was not worth moving our stuff into here and risking them being stolen. The buildings aren’t labeled, the facility is sketchy and full of trash, and this 10x10 “storage unit” was a small glorified shed with a hollow door that could easily be ripped off the hinges. We immediately canceled our unit after seeing it and left.

Well it was a new experience with U-Haul that took place . I had a reservation to rent a unheated 10X20 unit at there remote unmanned super security storage at there north pole facility. Took three days really four for them to get me a access code that would work for me to enter the unit. And the unit that was assigned to me already had a personal lock and and a rec lock on it so called and the assistant manager came out to verify and said he would straighten this out cause there's a lot of red tape can't just move the few items that where in the storage that I was assigned to and he'll check and see if he can get me into something else and as of today they never found anything and this hole time all my personal belongings are in a huge uhauler 26'. I suggest that my uncle that lives in nenana had a shed I. Could put my belongings into but only could hold half of what was in the U-Haul. To be continued...
