We made a same day reservation and had no issues booking a smaller truck for our local move. The staff were efficient and friendly, got us in and out quickly. The truck was clean, and serviced us well.

Review:
Rat in my storage unit ate away my belongings they said call your insurance. They didn’t say sorry and they said that’s not anything they deal with or cover.
So 180 a month for a unit to get invaded by rats and my belongings destroyed. Managers and cashiers offer no remorse or support and their 800 number says that’s not their problem.
Don’t get a storage unit from them if you care about your belongings
