Review:
At time of rental Manager made promises he never intended to keep. Didn't meet my reservation time, had to wait a day for the truck, never given the $50 as promised on website. Truck was rented after hurricane Milton to assist a retirement in storm recovery. Truck had less than 1/4 of a tank of gas (at begining added 90 miles for roundtrip to gas station), any planned route had down power lines or trees. At the end of rental invoice had every possible additional charge, I emailed the manager as instructed in the invoice, manager never responded, and has since charged $1000 of unauthorized charges to my credit card.

Review:
Great service Alert. Saw a few reviews that said the service sucked. My experience was the complete opposite. They two guys there had it locked in. Mark was the person who helped me and got us in and out in less than 10 minutes. Truck only had 14,500 miles on it. He gave me great instructions and even left the heater on in the truck as it was cold that morning. Nice touch! Efficient for just two guy shop, respect! Thanks again Mark, I noticed the the good service.

If you want a truck with a dead battery, check engine light and an auto transport with a flat tire then rent from Pan American Uhaul in North Port.
If you want to be broken down at a road side hotel with a shooting then rent from Pan American Uhaul in North Port. (The contracted road side mechanic fixed the truck in the parking lot over night, filled with police cars and state troopers.ty)
If road side assistance promises you 2 'free' days to compensate for the lost time from the break down and you want to then be charged for those 2 free days then rent from NP...
After several phone calls over days the charges for the 2 'free' days were reversed.
Roadside assistance said I would be compensated with a discount. Cody at North Port Uhaul provided 'I apologize'.
