Great experience, good customer service, clean truck.

I've had a storage unit here for 2 years. I run a business and we put all of our extra building materials into the storage. We access the unit once or twice a week. Each time we try to get to the unit, we are often blocked and cannot get to it. Then when you finally do get to the storage unit, when you leave, you are blocked in and cannot leave. I hate each and every time I have to come to this facility. Corporate crams so many u haul trailers and trucks into this place and it is not necessary. If you are looking to get storage unit, go somewhere that is not packed full of trucks and trailers.

We had an outstanding experience at U-Haul of North Port. Two young men assisted my husband and me during a difficult situation, and they handled everything with remarkable care, integrity, and professionalism. They were incredibly efficient, kind, and attentive to our needs, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier. There was no long wait, and the availability of equipment was perfect. The facility was also very clean, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this location!
