Clean space, almost a brand new truck and great customer service. I use U-Haul for all my moving needsand have always been satisfied. In 2019, I used a 24' truck from the same locale to break a Guinness Book of World record. The truck I used for that moved over 200,000 bras to create the world's longest bra chain. The record still stands to this day and the city of Woonsocket is about to place a statue to commemorate that achievement. I couldn't have done it without U-Haul~ keep up the great work!

i had asked for disposal service which they provide for $8 and they refused to grant access because the “general manager doesn’t like to do it”. i offered to dispose of the items myself i just needed a dumpster and they refused because the “general manager doesn’t want to see it on the camera”. i said it’s not fair because i will be charged on the extra miles i drive to find a dumpster when they could provide and the associate on the phone said “well i can’t do it”. unbelievable experience will not be returning to this location!
