Nothing. Michael was absolutely paranoid that someone was doing something shifty and demonstrated his lack of intelligence. We were nurses moving a friend and he was an absolute ignorant manager.

The process was simple. The woman who waited on me was very friendly. However, I had to choose a more expensive truck due to lack of availability of the smaller ones. I also feel the cost of the millage was expensive and if I had a longer travel the bill could have been out of control. I only needed to move a mattress with in a 10 mile radius from the store to my house then the old one for the trash. I also felt pressured to buy the insurance. It was said that any damage I would cause to the vehicle would come out of my pocket prior to my auto insurance. I’m a safe driver and felt nothing bad would happen, but I was afraid I would be accused of any pre-existing damage found if I did purchase this extra insurance.

Overpriced and I was charged a damage fee for hardly anything
