When I first walked in, it smelled like Christmas. It was a pleasant aroma. There was no one at the counter so I had to wait for a few. There was an employee, later identified as the hitch pro, standing in the parking lot on the phone and two employees working, checking in trucks and moving them. One employee didn’t have a work uniform. His was wearing black basketball shorts and a brown hoodie. He was a nice kid though. The building was a pig sty. There were inventory supplies everywhere. He mentioned he wanted to put the supplies away but the BOL was missing. The moving boxes were disheveled and the signs were out of sight.

When I returned the truck, way past my time scheduled (no one called to check on the truck for an extended return), the R&D cart was left out. The paper towels were drenched and ruined as well as most other things on the cart. Upon double checking I had everything from the truck, when I shown a light underneath the seats, I discovered stone cold French fries from a previous rental. That’s gross!

When I returned my key to the key box, the inner glass doors were left open!

This is a wonderful U-Haul rental location. Plenty of parking and extremely friendly and helpful staff especially Olivia and Dave.
