I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the unacceptable level of service and discriminatory behavior I experienced at your COLERAIN LOCATION. The incident involved both Destiny at the front desk and the general manager, Tina Lucas.
Destiny’s attitude was unprofessional and hostile, making me feel unwelcome as a paying customer. While I understand that everyone has bad days, bringing negativity into the workplace and directing it toward customers is completely inappropriate and unacceptable.
Unfortunately, the behavior extended beyond Destiny. The general manager, Tina Lucas, mirrored this negative energy. After reporting the incident to corporate, I received a follow-up call from Tina that felt more like taunting than an attempt to resolve the issue.
As a customer, I am not claiming to always be right. However, I refuse to tolerate being disrespected, demeaned, and talked down to. This experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed, and I will not be using U-Haul’s services again.
I trust that U-Haul values its customers and will take this matter seriously. I look forward to seeing steps taken to address the unprofessional conduct at this location 9178 Colerain Ave
