The customer service there is poor n everyone always has a attitude on there shoulder no matter when i either come by or call 4 workers helping customers me standing waiting my turn patiently everysingle worker walked away .. legit cant see how me asking a question can cause so much anger in anyone .. sorry u gotta work with public

We booked a truck and had everything planned to move today and once we arrive they tell us it seems we overbooked them? How did the system let us book a truck when it is not available? Additionally, their customer service is careless, they don’t provide any alternative option or show compassion. Unprofessional!

Horrible customer service, and back hand management I wouldn’t leave my car there as well. There is a much better alternative 13 mins away on WAYCROSS. Clerks clearly hate every bit of their job
