Staff has great customer service skills. They were very attentive to my issues and quick with problem solving.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with U-Haul. I reserved a storage unit online, which included a promotion for the first month free with a one-way truck rental. Although my recent rental was round-trip, I had booked a one-way rental a few months earlier, making me eligible for the promotion.

Upon entering the store, I was immediately instructed to move my truck, which was my oversight. Before doing so, I asked a quick question about checking in for my storage unit, to which the representative responded rudely, stating they don’t offer the first month free. I contacted customer service, who confirmed that the promotion should apply. When I relayed this information to the store manager, her demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional, ultimately leading her to cancel my reservation after an heated exchange and suggest I rent elsewhere.

While I regret raising my voice, the Managers approach was unnecessarily confrontational and unhelpful from the beginning of our interaction.

This is the best U-Haul location in the city. I’ve used them for trucks, trailers, and other moving equipment. Staff is friendly, helpful, and know what they are talking about. Thanks everyone!

Better customer service

Such rude and unprofessional people. Don't work with the public if you can't even feign pleasantries.
