Pay the nice lady MORE! She was very helpful to the people in front of me - and they required a lot of patience - and stayed friendly and professional when it was my turn. She walked me through all my options and resolved all the issues that brought me to U-Haul. It was a terrific engagement.

Pretty simple

Jenny R at the Ellsworth location stayed 30 minutes after her shift ended to help us check in when we retrieved the truck. The website wasn’t working, and she willingly unlocked the closed store just to make sure we were safe and that she could successfully check us in herself. She was so nice and did not need to do that. We were so impressed.
