If I could give the service a minus Stars I would for example I was in the store one day last week buying boxes there was nobody in the store but me and the person that sold me the boxes, I walked out to my car drove my car out of the parking lot and around to the other side where they couldn't see me Park and called them. They did not answer and it went to their customer care line saying all of our customer service representatives are helping customers in store we are going to transfer you to our customer care line now I could see the window Through the Windows of the store there was nobody in there I saw the employee just standing there doing something on the computer he had no phone up to his ear he was not talking to anybody why couldn't they answer?
Then today I was a few days late on my storage bill so of course they put a lock on there saying you're denied access which I understood I paid the bill in full today at 1:00 p.m. the store closes or the office closes at 5:00 no I paid this online when I got done I proceeded to try to call them six times to tell them that the bill was paid please remove the lock they never answered. And imagine my frustration when I take a car full of boxes to the storage unit tonight 8 hours after I paid the bill 2 hours past closing so there was five or six hours in there that they could have taken that lock off and the lock is still on there and customer service has tried to call the local manager multiple times and texted him multiple times and has been no response from him and his name is Steven.
All I can say is if you need storage service or truck rental service in Kokomo do not use the U-Haul over on Dixon Road by Kroger

Called and reserved and picked up.
Everything went smoothly and quickly. Staffers were helpful.

Nothing. The truck broke down after 15 miles and the sales man hung up on me when trying to call to get it fixed. The roadside assistance number said I should keep driving the truck (if I felt safe) after I told them the wheel was about to literally fall off. I would like every dime of my money back but I haven’t heard a word from anybody from U-Haul since roadside assistance sent someone to tow the truck from my driveway 2 weeks ago. Sad deal really!!
