Worst place to rent truck messed up whole pick up order and it was prepaid. Don't recommend this rental. Nightmare!

This U-Haul location is one of the best! The workers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help make sure everything is hooked up correctly and functioning properly. We needed help connecting our trailer lights, and they helped on both cars. Each time we came to pick up the U-Haul boxes, they personally came out to connect them for us. Above and beyond customer service and always friendly! I felt like our belongings were safe and secure at this location!

I like that they owned their mistake was upgraded to a better deal
