Had an amazing experience installing a hitch for my car. It was fairly quick and great value. Would highly recommend them if anyone needs a hitch installed.

I dropped off a truck at this location and they overcharged me by $95! No one would help me when I dropped off the truck. The next day they email a final receipt saying I had the truck an extra day and more miles than planned. I actually dropped the truck off 3 hours early, with more gas and less miles than my reservation required! They refuse to pick up the phone and calls roll to corporate who said they were 100% in the wrong and I will receive a full credit. They finally send my credit at it is only $42? Absolute worst customer service ever.

The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had to evacuate during the hurricane and had to move to the Inman area. So we greatly appreciate everyone here at this location. They really are great people.

The young man who helped us was among the most unprofessional people I have seen working in a customer service position.
