U-Haul Moving & Storage of Oak Creek

Booking process was easy. Pick n drop process was super smooth. Very happy with u haul service.

Came in to purchase some boxes for moving. Some of the nicest and most helpful customer service ever. Didn't catch his name, but the man who helped us was super friendly and informative.

U-Haul needs to prorate. I leased a storage unit at U-Haul in Oak Creek, WI for the past two years.
I paid $179.95 on August 29th for the month of September. I moved out September 6th.
I should have been reimbursed $143.96 for not using the storage unit for the remaining 24 days of September.
I understand not prorating short-term renters because then it's like U-Haul is renting by the day. However, for long-term renters (anyone who leased a storage unit for 6 months or more), we should be reimbursed for the days of the month that we paid for but did not use.
First, this is a more fair and equitable policy than the one currently practiced by U-Haul. Second, it enhances the customer experience, showing appreciation for long-term customers who provide U-Haul with financial stability. Finally, U-Haul makes over $5 billion a year. Reimbursing my $143.96 is not going to put U-Haul out of business. On the other hand, $143.96 is about 3 days of food for my family.
In the future, if I need to rent a storage unit, I will go through a small, local vendor.

I've rented several Uhauls here & I've always been met with amazing customer service. Everyone is personable, they help you out and give you vital information, & they take the time and explain the terms and conditions of each rental truck/rental unit. Keep up the good work!
