Pick up in the morning was smooth. Vehicle was marked as full, it was not. The attendant came out to verify and put it in the contract. I was then told if I filled the tank they would deduct it from my total. When I returned the vehicle in the afternoon with a full tank I was told I would not be reimbursed for the extra gas. Theodore S. said best we can do is give you an atta boy. How is this even legal. Well, lesson learned. Do not return the vehicle with even a drop more than I picked it up with.

Friendly and nice people

Outstanding customer service both at time of pick up and return. Extremely clean office area. My intake was efficient and thorough. The GM made certain I got the best value to meet my needs. I will rent here again, without question.
