U-Haul Moving & Storage of Oak Lawn

I just called right now to make a reservation. There is they have bad bad service and she hung up in my face. This is a bad location.

The U-Haul in oak lawn and 89th and Cicero should be able to work with cash customers a lot easier same instead of saying we don't have change we don't have a cash drawer ready yet you have to wait and I need a better chairs instead of wobbly ones that you might fall off or get seriously hurt it seems like the ones that workers have are fantastic since I always sitting there with the arm on the counter the head on the arm like you're bothering them and they should get better discounts to people that rent trailers and post a calendar so when you need to set up a reservation for a certain day you can look on the calendar and so like oh wait let me go back to my car and get my calendar the customer service the customer service needs improvement I would like to know how I can become a secret shopper for U-Haul

No one wanted to help me return my truck rental. I went to the front counter and the lady was talking about some party she was going to attend. Didn't want to bother with me. I went outside and saw a couple of employees and as soon as they saw I wanted to return, they ran inside and closed the door. What type of business is this??!!! Do not recommend. Go somewhere else.
