Absolutely one of the worst customer services I’ve ever dealt with. Specially Tyler and India. We were supposed to be honored with a $35 fee with a $5 service fee from corporate cause Spencer needed a vehicle back. Even though we needed it for just one way we went out our way and brought it back from Cleveland. And India would not honor it and made us a new reservation without using the original cause she could “do it that cheap” and then when we brought it back after talking to Ashley from corporate she said she would have us refunded the amount back down to $40. Which Tyler once again would deny us and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. He was absolutely rude and tried to make me seem like I was trying to pull a quick one. After even talking to corporate he still would not do it so we just waisted our time, bringing this truck back when we just wanted to take it to Cleveland where we were staying. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
