It was easy to make the reservation via phone . I had to modify my reservation and I did so with the app. This location had plenty of equipment for rent and the staff was very professional and efficient.

Bad comunication. Had to keep going back to finish the installation of a hitch. Some employees are nice; others are very arrogant. They make you wait in line forever. They do not seem to be very organized, and they have no respect for the customer.

Price was what I was told, The unit was good, and the service was what you should expect.

Flat tire on trailer after less than 100 miles of a 900 mile one way trip. The blow out occurred on a 5 lane freeway just outside Atlanta on Labor Day weekend, and we were lucky not to have had an accident as we were in the middle lane. U-Haul should be ashamed of the quality of their vehicles/equipment considering we saw another on the freeway with a flat tire later on this trip and were told by the tow truck driver and hotel clerk where we had to stay that this happens frequently with uhauls.
