U-Haul Moving & Storage of Ocoee

I wanted to get a hitch installed on my Ford Explorer so my family and I could start biking, and I was recommended to U-Haul in Ocoee. The process of checking rates and scheduling was incredibly easy, and I received helpful updates before my scheduled service date. The staff at the desk were friendly and welcoming. While the installation took about 40 minutes longer than the expected 3-hour timeframe, the owner kept me informed throughout and made sure everything was good to go once the hitch was installed. The quality of the work was excellent, and I appreciate that the extra time was taken to do the job right. I definitely recommend U-Haul in Ocoee for hitch installations. They offer reasonable rates, great customer service, and a lifetime warranty on the hitch, which gives me peace of mind. Thank you!

This location has always had the truck I need and the staff at this location is very helpful and efficient.

Lack knowledge and safety inspections. I rented a car transporter came to find while driving there was no Dot 3 fluid. Had a hard time braking because of it. Call location he replied that none of our trailers have brakes. Then ask for a manager and he told me that the brakes are only for emergencies. Smh

I had such a great experience at this location with both a truck rental and new storage unit rental. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service from both Chelsea and Douglas. I had a very unfortunate circumstance for needing to move my things to storage and these two made it feel like everything was ok. Thank you Chelsea and Douglas for being so nice to me.
