I've visited this location many times, but this particular visit stood out due to an issue I encountered. The problem was quite complicated, but every person I spoke to tried their best to assist me until they were unable to. Ultimately, Doug, the branch manager, and Ricky, the installation technician, stepped in to help, and I am deeply grateful for their assistance.

About a year ago, I had a hitch installed and finally used it to tow a trailer. 4600 W Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32808 (50 and Mercy Drive) However, the hitch sagged significantly, causing concern. Initially, I returned to the original location where the hitch was installed, as it was still under warranty. This location is on West Colonial Drive, in front of Barnett Park. The technician there said the hitch was loose and tightened it, but that was all he could do. I was desperate for a solution, even willing to pay for an upgrade, but he dismissed my concerns.

I then went to the Ocoee location, hoping for an explanation. After speaking with a few people, I was eventually connected with Ricky and Doug. Despite being busy, they made time to schedule an appointment for further inspection, knowing that the hitch was installed at another location. Having worked in retail, I understand the runaround game and appreciate that they took responsibility for the situation.

It turned out that the previous store did not reinstall my factory bolts. While the hitch remained on the frame, the missing bolts caused it to sag. My truck has a lift, so it didn't affect the trailer, but it would have been an issue for an average truck.

Doug informed me that they didn't carry the manufacturer-specific bolts I needed. I went to the dealer, ordered the part, and once I had it, Doug scheduled an appointment and had everything fixed the next day. They even reimbursed me for the part.

Kudos to Doug and Ricky
