The service and location are excellent.

I had the worse customer service experience of my life at this location. I rented a U-Haul from here on 12/11/24 the pickup was ok it's the return and storage check in that went horribly wrong I had to call the cops on JAIMIE after she heard me call the cops she pushed the panic button as if I were robbing her or threatening her! Cops arrived she refused to take payment which she said I owed from a previous balance---i left with the U-Haul fully loaded with my belongings only to be stuck with a truck and additional day until it could be unloaded (all this happened at closing time for all storages)
Later on I found out JAIMIE lied and told her boss I threw money in her face so DOUG gave her the ok to hit the panic button! Now my question to Doug and all the other upper management WHEN YOU PLAY THE SURVEILLANCE AND IM NOT THROWING MONEY OR DOING ANYTHING THREATENING TO JAIMIE WHAT ARE HER REPERCUSSIONS FOR HER PUTTING MY LIFE IN DANGER? I'LL WAIT.....

Fantastic service. Tried to schedule a line a hitch install, but, when I got there early Saturday morning, the reservation had not gone through. The team members were very kind, and managed to get it done despite their busy schedule.
