Always an excellent experience

I liked the cleanliness of the truck. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service because when I hired the truck, the attendant induced me not to buy insurance. At the time, she asked me if I had insurance and I said I did not. She simply touched the screen saying that I did not accept insurance. There was an accident and I was forced to pay for it, an issue that the insurance would cover me. It would not make sense for me not to buy insurance for a ridiculous amount and be protected.

I just got charged $200 in tolls for a drive between occoee and lake nona, and back. It's $17 charges every couple of minutes. It makes zero sense and uhaul is unwilling to fix the issue.

Worst experience with uhaul. The lady at the desk was really nice, but that was the only good thing. I had to wait for over 30 minutes to get someone to take pictures of the trailer that I rented. The fun part was that the store wasn’t busy at all.

The staff was very friendly, the truck works efficient . I do my task fast. Thankyou
