Jordan was very helpful. Taylor at corporate said “there was nothing they could do” but Jordan knew he could help. We rented a trailer originally for a round trip, but when our plans changed, we needed to drop it off in Odenton. Jordan knew we were in a situation and was willing to assist, thank you.
