U-Haul Moving & Storage of O'Fallon

We used their trucks multiple times and had a storage unit in this facility. It was always secure and clean. If we ever forgot to lock our unit they would call us immediately. If we were ever late on payments they would work with us until we could get it paid off. The owner is so kind! He helped us back our car with a trailer that we couldn’t get out of the corner of the parking lot! Overall excellent customer service, cleanliness, and services! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

These men and women are helpful. Always tell me exactly what to expect on cost. It's reasonable considering. I've NEVER had a single issue with them, and am moving in a few months WILL be back for another van. Thanks, yes was SO LAST minute, and you guys were EXTREMELY helpful!!

We made a reservation to use the truck for 2 days. When I picked up the truck I was told by the owner the truck had to be back by noon the next day. I advised him that was not the reservation I made and he advised the truck was rented again. The next day around 1100 I called and asked for an extension due to the fact we were not finished moving. I was allowed to return at 2 instead. This helped but we were unable to move everything prior to 2. In addition, when I picked up the truck I asked if blankets were in the back since we were moving furniture and I was advised yes. When we arrived to move the furniture much to our surprise there were no blankets or a dolly. They expect you to follow every aspect of the rental agreement but fail to do the same.

I have utilized U haul numerous times, and have been satisfied, and pleased with the service. On this occasion I needed additional assistance. I needed movers, and U Haul did not disappoint. They gave me several mover companies to choose based on reputation & ratings. U Haul referred Joe Schmo's as one of the candidates. I was referred by a business partner at nearly the same time to Joe Schmo's as a reputable company. Having one referral already, I accepted U hauls referral, and was pleased with the dedication, professionalism, and the care given to moving our furniture. I highly recommend U Haul as they went above & beyond to meet our needs and requests. I am also very pleased with Joe Schmo's moving company. I rarely give 5 stars, but in this situation, U haul, its management team, and Joe Schmo's all rate 5 stars.I will utilize both companies for future moves and sincerely appreciate all the extra assistance.
