Bad customer service the lady if u can call her that is rude and dismissive I asked how to use the wratches on the car dolly and she was all offended she was omg u don't know how to use it and so forth she doesn't know how to treat or talk to people I'm spending money renting equipment to be mistreated

Pickup process was reasonable. Truck was in good condition and worked well. But check-in took forever. There seemed to be only one employee on shift trying to help all customers. I waited 20 minutes, and the employee never even acknowledged me or said, “I’m sorry for the delay; I’ll be with you soon.” He ignored me. Eventually, after I asserted myself, he instructed me to just leave the key and said he would handle the check-in later. I’m leaving a Google review because UHaul’s own review submission page does not invite any negative feedback. It just asks “What did you like about your experience?” Then it’s, “Thanks, submitted.” They don’t want to know what I did NOT like?

2 employees working the desk AND ALSO pulling up trucks on a Saturday afternoon. Waited 20 mins for no reason other than that owner is too cheap to staff the place.
