I like the convenient location and availability of products however that's where it ends. I rented a pickup truck for the day...4 hours actually. I was told to bring it back in 4 hours however the contract was for 24 hours. The uhaul agent stated, then we can rent it again. Then, he proceeded to go get the truck taking quite a bit of time. What he presented to me was a pickup truck with the drivers side window and door covered in oil to the point you could not see inside or outside of the window. The door, door handle and top of the truck was covered in oil. When asked if there was another truck he said 'why, this one is fine' I'll wash the window. I asked if they wash there trucks and he reported 'no, we don't wash our equipment' I proceeded to rent the truck and was told once I take procession of the keys all issues would need to be taken up with uhaul through 'the app'. I agreed, took the keys, got inside and noted the mileage was off by 20 miles and the gas tank reported as full was 3/4 full. I got out quickly approached the agent who bluntly said, 'not my problem, use the app'. Long story short, the app didn't work. Agent told me, 'yep, that's common' I then proceeded to demand another truck. Agent slowly wrote another contract and off I went with the same truck. All seemed to be going smoothly until I rolled down the window. Upon rolling it back up, the oil slick had returned to the glass. I would not rent another vehicle from this location. Incidentally, the agents name tag read 'owner'!!

Just got done at the Ogden had an amazing guy named Joseph help me out he was great did anything and everything to help me out they need to have more people like Joseph out here
